At least in 1988.

Trust is key in any team.

I did my military service as a Panzer defence soldier (my primary job was to blow up Russian T72, T82 tanks, yeee the god old days). I was really lucky, my platoon was the first to test the new night vision sighting for the Swedish Robot 56 Bill system and that meant that we would be doing our training in the dark(night time). On daytime we where sleeping and sort of free while the other units did all sorts of marching, digging and other boring stuff. My lessons from this time, not much more then there are different kinds of people and you need to learn how to spend time among them during hard times. I would still trust my life to most of the guys in my platoon.
